Snehal Pandey holds a postgraduate degree from Manipal University and is committed to the social development sector, with a particular interest in documenting stories of resilience, inclusion, and community transformation. As Coordinator at the Centre of Excellence for the Bravehearts (CoEB), she manages coordination across the organisation’s research, livelihood, partnerships, and outreach initiatives — connecting stakeholders, institutions, and programme teams to keep delivery on track.

Her work centres on CSR and strategic philanthropy, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on turning evidence into action and strengthening the institutional partnerships that make CoEB’s programmes possible.
