Probir Das is pursuing his Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), with academic interests at the intersection of national security, strategic affairs, conflict studies, and public policy. As Administrator at the Centre of Excellence for the Bravehearts (CoEB), he oversees institutional operations, documentation, and administrative coordination across the Centre’s research and livelihood initiatives.
The son of an Indian Air Force officer, Probir grew up with a deep appreciation for military service and discipline, an ethos that, paired with his academic grounding in security and governance, shapes his approach to institutional work. He is committed to nation-building and evidence-based policy, and to CoEB’s mission of creating sustainable opportunities and lasting impact for India’s disabled soldiers, war widows, and their families.
