Ms. Rekha Sharma is a distinguished development strategist, international business leader, and institution builder with nearly three decades of experience in programme management, policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and institutional development. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with governments, multilateral organisations, industry bodies, and private enterprises across India, Asia, and Africa, designing and evaluating large-scale initiatives that deliver measurable and sustainable social impact. Her expertise lies in building robust systems for accountability, organisational excellence, and evidence-based decision-making.

At the Centre of Excellence for the Bravehearts (CoEB), Ms. Sharma leads the Impact, Monitoring & Evaluation vertical, developing rigorous frameworks to measure programme outcomes, strengthen organisational learning, and ensure the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Her leadership enables CoEB to demonstrate measurable impact, continuously improve its interventions, and build the institutional credibility essential for creating lasting change for India’s disabled veterans, Veer Naris, and their families.
